Hi folks! This weekend marked the 5th edition of Vandoeuvre In Game, and we had the opportunity to present VirtualSociety and Running Guys for the second time! Just like last year, we set up four computers connected to the same world in VirtualSociety and a TV with two controllers for Running Guys.

A great evolution

VirtualSociety has come a long way since last year! We showcased the new editing tools (complex walls, intersection management, roofs, stairs, etc.), the new game interface, and a host of new objects! We also improved our booth with new videos at both ends, new flyers, business cards, and more.

Intense testing!

As always, Vandoeuvre In Game gave us the chance to see what players do with VirtualSociety, without us having to guide them! We witnessed many creative ideas we hadn’t imagined, and we learned a lot. For instance, we noticed players enjoyed enlarging objects and using them in ways we hadn’t anticipated.

Of course, the event also gave us the opportunity to make some interesting new contacts, which we’ll talk about soon!

Event Retrospective!

If you want to know all about the event, our second Q&A session was dedicated to it!

It was also an opportunity to present the game on the radio and to meet Florian, with whom we worked on in-game objects! As always, we were wonderfully welcomed by the Vandoeuvre In Game team and its organizer Guillaume Weislinger — a big thank you to them!

Thank you for your support, and see you soon!
